Can I send a check for final payment at the school on delivery day?
No. Cash, money order or cashier's check accepted only.

Can I come to your office to order a letter jacket?
Yes, but please call to make sure we have jacket sizers available when you come to place your order.
I've lost my ring, what do I need to do?
You will need to call 1-800-BALFOUR (1-800-225-3687) and choose the Ring Loss Protection Option. They will be glad to help you reorder your ring.
I need my ring repaired or resized, what do I do?
You need to send your ring to Balfour Repairs, 7211 Circle S Road, Austin, TX 78745. Please include your name, address, phone number and a description of the nature of the repair. Also, be sure and insure your ring when you ship it.
What do I do if I don't want to receive a text from Balfour?
If you receive an unwanted text, reply to our first text that says STOP.
Will I receive a statement for my purchase?
We do not send out statements; but if you call and request a statement, we will be glad to send one.
